IMPACT Pro is a 6 months diploma course designed to create a smart phone technician from those who are willing to step in to mobile phone servicing industry. Reverse learning and practical oriented training makes our curriculum special. The syllabus is segregated into 9 hardware and software modules for mobile phone, tablet and smart watch. Successful completion of this course will enable you to become an expert technician ready for the demanding job market. Adapting to the updating to the mobile phone technology, our syllabus includes Basic electrical (BE),Smart mobile technology(SMT),Smart phone technology(SPT),Service centre practice (SPT) so that being an expert technician you can update yourself apart from this Customer relationship management and customer service management is also included which is essential for a good entrepreneur. We provide government recognized CTDS certificate and ISO certified service centre training certificate which helps you getting prioritized in Indian and foreign work opportunities.
IMPACT Lite is a 4.5 months diploma course designed to create a smart phone technician from those who are willing to step in to mobile phone servicing industry.

Government recognized CTDS certification will be rewarded upon successful completion of this course which will enable you to become an expert technician ready for the demanding job market.
IMPACT Base is a 3 month certified course which covers all the basic topics in mobile phone servicing which is essential to lay a foundation to the mobile phone servicing industry. Giving importance to theoretical classes this course is designed to make you a good business men as it also includes customer relationship and service centre management.
IMPACT Booster pack is a 2 months course designed for those who have completed the IMPACT Base course and for those who have studied in other institutes. Service centre practice (SCP), Practical booster class, customer relationship and service center management is included in the syllabus which not only makes you a technician but also a good entrepreneur. Technicians can opt for an extension in service centre practical if required.
IMPACT PLUS is a short term up-gradation course for technicians. It is designed for technicians to become experts in a specific module. There are 7 categories included in this course. Depending on the category selected the course duration would vary from 7 to 30 days.
